Summary: Cid enjoys testing Vincent's patience.
"You're doing that on purpose," Vincent nearly growled, his glare threatening to burn a hole right through Cid's flesh. Cid wasn't bothered, however; he simply pulled at the cherry red sucker held firmly between his lips, grinning impishly when it came out with an audible pop.
"You're the one... that wanted me... to stop smokin," he said, his words separated by the momentary pauses required to lap at the treat in a most indecent fashion. He knew he was seriously testing Vincent's patience, and was enjoying every last moment.
When that patience suddenly ran out; he enjoyed it even more.

In the corner sat two broken chairs.
Behind the counter, three shelves barely clung to the wall.
One pane in the front window was patched with plastic and heavy tape, waiting for a proper repair.
There were holes in the walls at random intervals, all in varying sizes, and the door leading into the living area was missing a hinge.
Sighing quietly to himself, Cloud noted each new bit of damage as he walked across the empty taproom of the 7th Heaven.
"Of all the people Marlene could have chosen as a role model.. it just had to be Tifa."
