Summary: After the fall of ShinRa tower
Author's Notes:
His expression didn't change. It was like a rock, like he was. Never changing and that settled some roiling part of Reno's body, soothed the nerves.
There was dust in his goatee and sweat trickling down his temple. There, just under the arm of his shades it slid down his skin.
They dug deeper into the rubble, the remains of ShinRa tower as if pirates of lore seeking hidden treasure. In a way, they were; seeking the leader of the Turks.
His face broke into a small smile when they found him. A small change, acceptable for that joyous moment.
